So, I get update emails from Zappos.com, one of the pushers in the world of shoe addiction. They offer free shipping both ways, so trying on shoes in the comfort of my own home - replete with dog and cat curiosity about the new and unusual toy (the box) that comes to the house. And, if they don't fit, back they go.
The trouble is that I tend to like shoes that cost serious cash. This does not mean that I buy them, but I have been known to place them in my cyber shopping cart and then remove them after imagining actually having that kind of money for shoes. But seriously, 425.00 for a pair of shoes? No, I really don't think so.
But, look what $985 will get you...

IMO I don't think either of those warrant the price. Although i am partial to the top pair.

ReplyDelete:-) Zappos ROCKS! I ordered a 3 different pairs to try on ..I needed a pair for this past weekend. All 3 were too big, I called to see if I could return and reorder, only one pair was in the size I needed. They reordered it, and it was there the next morning, no charge. I've got to return 3 pair of shoes now, but that's not a big deal. There were some awesome shoes...oh how i miss cute shoes! LOL
