Not One But TWO packages today

When I got in, there were two packages for me!

One was my prize from Donna which is a book I've been excited about for a while. Doesn't the cover dog look like Gracie's cousin? Donna is Oliver's mom. He's a handsome Golden Retriever that Gracie would likely enjoy in person. Or, maybe Gracie's Mom would (me).

The other package was -behold- my Spring Swap package from Anita and WOW it had EVERYTHING I could have imagined. So excited about the Dream In Color Smooshy in shades of pink/purple (Funky Fuchsia) that make my heart skip a beat. I love the card with the brilliant colors and the A, the warm vanilla sugar lotion, pencils that say I'd Rather Be Knitting, a pad of paper that says I'd have more time to write but I'm too busy Gardening, gardening gloves (I go through at least two pair every summer), pads of paper with A and J (my initials), pretty stitch markers in a darling little bag, caramel Hershey's Kisses & M & M's, a journal, a tape measure (can't EVER have too many of those) and a cute sock pattern that I just might try... It says Intermediate but I think I am ready.

Thanks Donna and Anita, you made my day!

  5. Very cool!!! Smooshy!!!

I just want to hug Gracie every time you post a pic of her. I love goldens. My friend has a gorgeous golden named Max that I was lucky enough to see yesterday, and he stood up and gave me a full-on hug. Doggies!
