Franklin's Book

I love Franklin's sense of humor, and his cartoons.

When Knitting Daily offered the book and a tote bag (what knitter doesn't love a good tote bag...or even a crappy one for that matter), I pre-ordered the book.

Well it came on Tuesday and color me hand-dyed orange, I sat down and read all the cartoons first. Same way I read The New Yorker as a matter of fact.

Here's my review: I LOVE THIS BOOK. It is funny, irreverent, smart, with cute pictures. Keep on, Franklin, keep on. I am honored that you are a fellow Chicagoan, and "a friend of Dorothy's."

If you haven't ordered this book, there are some book signings at local yarn shops...and it's at Interweave's website, and Amazon (I imagine).

  1. See, I had no idea who Franklin was until recently... I've seen several people post about him. I'm gonna have to check the blog & book out. Thanks for the review! :)
