Happy Mother's Day.
Hmm, looks like I missed a post yesterday. Here's what I was doing...

Chicago Sarah and I wound wool. Probably won't talk a lot about the laceweight which broke off VERY easily. We are still learning the fine art of winding that is for sure.
We had a lot of fun, and I am amazed at her sense of dedication and concentration! Look at her go!!!

I'm working with a laceweight now, and it is SO UNBELIEVABLY THIN, like gossamer, it really worries me! Mine came wound in a pull-ball, but winding it on my ball winder would really be a challenge, I can only imagine.
ReplyDeleteAnd p.s. I love that Mother's Day pic!
Me? *grin* That was all you!
ReplyDeleteLOVE the sign!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to hear more about the spinning that the two of you have been up to! Go Girls!
